I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were small but new and clean, and I even got upgraded to a superior room with a large balcony, which was definitely worth it. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who knew our names quickly and went out of their way to help with recommendations and services. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The dining options were decent, but I wished there was a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic service and a prime location!
